1) Make a commitment to change.
2) Be accountable for one’s actions and how they affect others.
3) Identify the core issue or root of the problem.
4) Stay in positive environments.
5) Reach settlement and clear sexual boundaries.
6) Define your spiritual and secular goals.
7) Identify unresolved issues. Let go!
